An operating studio for software, media, and execution systems.

Released and in-progress systems across protocol design, execution tooling, local-first media infrastructure, and developer operations.

What We Do

Justyn Clark Network designs and operates durable systems across software, automation, audio, and developer tooling. The emphasis is on released tools that stay useful and in-progress systems that are being hardened for long-term use.

How We Think

Structure supports creativity. Clear constraints reduce waste. Protocols, CLIs, and production systems should be inspectable, repeatable, and maintainable rather than dependent on vibes or fragile context.

Where This Leads

The current project set reflects one operating model: ship what is ready, keep active builds honest about their maturity, and show progress through real artifacts instead of positioning language.

Selected Systems

SMALL Protocol

released

Formal state protocol for AI-assisted work that keeps intent, constraints, plan, progress, and handoff durable, auditable, and resumable.
